Last summer TALiNT Partnersโ€™ Global Advisory Board helped us develop our thinking for the key talent challenges facing employers in 2025 and beyond. Top of the list was 'How to Build a Skills-Based Organisation' but when we looked around for any kind of practical playbook to help employers launch or deliver a skills-based approach we couldn't find one. In the last 12 months we have grown beyond my wildest dreams. We have positively impacted on thousands of lives across the world through webinars, in person coaching, workshops, 1-2-1s and supporting other coaches and consultants through partnerships. We have elevated the EQ of multiple corporate leadership teams globally - in turn elevating their ability to uplift performance across their teams. We have developed online tools to ensure we can deliver our services no matter who wants them geographically. And we have learnt so much about how effective our methods are both in person and online in elevating leadership performance. 2023 is all about expansion, expansion of our client base now we have the infrastructure to scale. Expansion of our team to deliver this work. Expansion of our products, services and partnerships to ensure we are delivering the most effective methods and tools to uplift performance. 2023 there will be a Luminary Mindset Academy where coaches and culture uplift consultants can train with us in the use of our methodologies to then be used in their client work. Our Online Learning Community and Leadership Network will be brought in-house by our development team so that we can design what we offer and how we offer it to you bespoke maintaining quality. We will also be developing performance culture uplift tools and methodologies with global partners to ensure we are integrating the best of what is on offer globally to improve corporate performance and leadership emotional intelligence capability.
