Today I freaked out. Stopped what I was doing, took a walk, and wrote about it. Decided to give it the name of my note. I like how this-afternoon-me thought. You can read it here. Last year I read "Million Dollar Weekend" by Noah Kagan and asked him for a dollar, he says in the book he’ll be our “first online sale.” He sent it, and that dollar stayed in my PayPal account as a reminder. This weekend I built gachabiz.com, it's a simple $1 business idea generator. Spin the wheel, get an idea with a problem, some validation, and a way to start. It’s something I’ve had in mind for a while and finally decided to try. I just sent Noah the dollar back. Told him to give it a spin. Felt like a good loop to close. Let me know if you try, it might spark up something ! 👀 Almost a year ago, day for day, since I moved to Berlin. Time got weird. I felt disconnected from the world. I spent those months deep in neural nets, AI emotions, brain models with the Qualia Research Institute, and the early bones of Exit Death. I left the work unfinished when I left, only recently picked it back up. Now I’m on the other side of the world, with new eyes. So here’s a fresh take on the whole death thing. https://lnkd.in/ddtv-AYE Added a few photos of my writing setup from those two months, cafés by the Spree, makeshift desks, and the little corners where this all started to come together. Just published a new thought, a short field note on how AI is reshaping how we interact with the web, less noise, fewer clicks, more signal. Check it out here 👇 Can machines achieve consciousness ? read more here: https://lnkd.in/dFxexCYd My CV, updated January 2025. Hey all! This is an incredible opportunity that provides a fully paid year in Berkeley, complete with funding, mentorship, and guidance to develop your project. Words can't express how excited I am about this, being accepted would mean so much to me, not only as an entrepreneur, but also as a person. I would get to meet and live with other amazing people from the program, learn from them, and develop my skillset and business alongside them. On top of that, I'd be able to network with founders and students at Berkeley, while living in one of the most incredible places on the planet! A big thank you to Nick Linck for making this dream possible, I'm excited to see where this opportunity takes me. Fingers crossed! 🤞 Hey everyone ! I'm excited to share that I'm back with buildspace "Nights&Weekends” season 3 ! As some of you may remember, I was accepted into the program for season 2, where I worked on a project called InVerse that aimed to make the metaverse more accessible. This time around, I'm working on a new project that I'm really passionate about - a platform that gamifies the relationship between content creators and their communities, as well as the content creation process. I'm tentatively calling it "flwMI" (pronounced "follow me"). Currently, content creators' communities are often fragmented across different social media platforms like Discord, Twitter, YouTube, etc. So, my platform will offer a space where content creators can bring their following together and set quests and objectives, offering rewards and incentives to keep them engaged and motivated. The quests can range from follower goals to donations to a local shelter or a humanitarian cause by the community, and the platform will be designed to be modular and flexible to allow for greater creativity. Moreover, the content creator's interface will feature a Duolingo-style approach to keep them incentivized to create content, with access to resources and tools to help them along the way. I'm incredibly excited to work on this project and bring it to life. As always, I'll be sharing updates along the way and would love to hear your feedback and thoughts on this exciting venture. Thank you all for your continued support and encouragement! If you have any questions or would like to chat about the project, feel free to reach out to me. Let's stay in touch! #nightsandweekends #buildspace #build Bitcoin isn't Myspace. Hey everyone ! Just returned from NFT Paris and although the event wasn't quite what I was expecting, I had the chance to connect with some truly incredible people in the NFT community. The conversations and connections I made with fellow attendees made the experience truly memorable. I'm excited to stay in touch and explore opportunities for collaboration with these talented individuals in the future! #NFTParis #Networking #Building Wow, only 65k a year to help develop a central bank digital currency in the UK? That's such a great deal for selling out your values and creating a system that will give the government unprecedented power to monitor, manipulate, and exploit every transaction you make. It's not like there are better options out there that prioritize privacy, security, and decentralization over centralized control and surveillance. Who needs individual freedom and innovation when you can have a soulless digital system that serves only the interests of the few? So, congratulations to the UK for choosing to follow the path of authoritarianism and repression. Enjoy your CBDC, where every penny you spend is another nail in your own coffin. “#innovation” #CBDC #privacy #currency #surveillance #bank CBDCs are an abomination. Imagine being penalized for saving. This is why we need #Bitcoin. Excited to join #MWC23 in Barcelona where technology, community, and commerce intersect. Looking forward to connect at the #startupgrind event. Stop by and say hello! :) Hey there, network! I have some exciting news to share with you all. I just wrapped up my internship by presenting today at Epitech Spain and it was an incredible journey! I have to give a big thank you to iExec and the team for making me feel at home during my time there. During my internship, I got to work on a really cool project where I recreated Docusign using blockchain technology and Iexec's stack. The four months I spent at Iexec were fantastic and I want to extend a special thank you to Luis Carlos Castillo for his wonderful guidance, Gilles Fedak for giving me the chance to work with such an exceptional team, and the rest of the Iexec team for being so friendly and welcoming. Not only did I get to work on this amazing project, but I also learned a lot about web development (something I've been wanting to learn for years) and expanded my knowledge of Solidity. So, a huge thank you to iExec for giving me this amazing opportunity. I feel so grateful for everything I learned and experienced during my time there. #iexec #blockchain #internship #epitech Hey network! I just got back from a fantastic trip to San Francisco where I attended the buildspace Nights&Weekends IRL finale. This was a three-day event where we took the project we had been working on for the last 6 weeks to the next level. It was amazing meeting people from all over the world at the Founders, Inc. offices in Fort Mason and receiving mentorship and coaching from a team of successful individuals. I'm so grateful to Buildspace and Founders Inc for making this possible. To all the participants, thank you for contributing to this life-changing experience. I can feel the potential in each and every one of you and I know you will all be the great minds of tomorrow. Let's continue building a better future together! 🚀 Just posted about Central Bank Digital Currencies, check this out 💰 Just posted about sharding in blockchain, check it out ! Hey everyone! I wanted to update you all on the project I've been working on as part of the nights&weekends program by buildspace. It's called InVerse, and it's a metaverse platform for fashion and clothing. I just launched the first version of the website, which you can check out at https://www.inverseco.xyz/. InVerse is a one-stop shop for all things metaverse fashion. You can browse and buy clothes from different brands, customize your avatar to express your unique style, and explore different virtual worlds all in one place. I've been working on InVerse in my spare time as part of the buildspace program, and I'm really excited about the potential of this project. My goal for the demo day is to have a user be able to come to the platform, buy and equip NFT fashion, and then export their character to the metaverse. If you know anyone who works at a brand that might be interested in being featured on InVerse, please let them know about it. I'll be constantly expanding the selection of products and improving the platform, so make sure to check it out and let us know what you think. Thanks for your support! #metaverse #fashion #startup #buildspace #nws2 Hi everyone! I'm thrilled to announce that I've been accepted into the buildspace "Nights&Weekends" program and am working on an exciting project to create a one-stop shop for users and brands to buy, sell, and trade metaverse cosmetics. This platform will allow users to track their cosmetics and equip them on their avatar, as well as export their character to different metaverses across multiple chains. I've had this idea for a while now and am eager to turn it into a reality. Building this platform won't be easy, but I'm up for the challenge and am looking forward to the next six weeks with Buildspace. I'll be posting updates along the way, so stay tuned! I'd love to hear your thoughts and feedback on this project, so don't hesitate to comment below. Thank you for your support! #nws2 #buildspace #building #metaverse #cosmetics #NFT The S.H.L Epi Student's Association is very pleased to announce the launch of the Epi-cast program: a series of interviews with professionals in the technology field. See you at the end for a recap, thanks again iExec for having me ! #internship #coding #developer #blockchain #iexec I am very proud to announce another win for my team at the #DAOhacks hackathon ! 128 projects, 500 participants, 62 countries and 16 timezones, and we ended up in the 10 finalists and winners. In under 48 hours, we created a standardized, collectively managed repository of Intellectual Property licenses residing on the IPFS. But the project doesn't stop there ! We decided to carry on with the idea and the project will become a full fledged company soon. Special thanks to my amazing team Léon Ducasse @igorlineee, @alina_loseva and @anablaj (twitter), and DAOHacks for this awesome event, looking forward to participating again ! Special mention to EPITECH - European Institute of Technology and Epitech Spain #blockchain #team #hackathon #daohacks #intellectualproperty After a week of summit concluded by an intense #hackathon organized by Avalanche, I can gladly say that I couldn’t be more thankful to have been a part of it. The last 3 days have been an intense mix of blood and sweat, but through brainstorming, learning and coding, we achieved to deliver a project on passive investment in NFTs that got the attention of the AVentures DAO jury. I would like to thank all the members of my team, Avalanche, AVentures DAO and Encode Club for this incredible #avalanchesummit. Special thanks go to Léon Ducasse for guiding me as I took my first steps in the crypto world, and EPITECH - European Institute of Technology, Epitech Spain. Looking forwards to participating again soon. #avalanche #blockchain #hackathon #avalanchesummit #coding I have been using this platform for 2 years now, they have great content and straight forward activities for all levels.
