Unfortunately, not many organizations recognize their importance, let alone prioritize them. Reflecting on a thought-provoking video (regrettably, I couldn't find the source), we can glean valuable insights into the consequences of not prioritizing training in organizations. The video highlights the following points: 1. Wastages: Organizations that overlook training often experience inefficiencies and misuse of resources. Employees may lack the necessary skills and knowledge, leading to a waste of time, money, and effort. 2. Inconsistent Results: Without proper training and standardized practices, employees' performance levels may vary. This inconsistency can adversely affect the quality of products or services offered. 3. Toxic Work Environment: Ignoring employees' training can contribute to a demotivating work environment. Employees may feel undervalued and disengaged, resulting in reduced collaboration, creativity, and poor performance. 4. Wrong Use of Technology: Inadequately trained employees may misuse advanced technologies, leading to errors and inefficiencies. The organization misses out on opportunities for innovation. 5. Dependence on Supervision: When employees lack sufficient training, they may struggle to work independently, requiring constant supervision, which hampers productivity. 6. Poor Leadership: Organizations that disregard learning and development may exhibit poor leadership, failing to recognize the significance of investing in their workforce. Even supervisors may not be good examples to follow. 7. Gross Inefficiency: The culmination of these issues results in an organization operating below its potential, affecting both its overall performance and the development of its staff. This negatively impacts the organization's culture. To mitigate these consequences, organizations need to prioritize L&D initiatives. Investing in employee growth not only enhances skills and productivity but also creates a positive and empowering work environment. As instructional designers, we have a pivotal role in driving this transformation. By crafting engaging and effective learning experiences, we can help organizations foster a culture of continuous improvement. Let us collaborate and advocate for the prioritization of learning and development in organizations. By doing so, we can steer organizations away from the consequences of ignoring L&D, and towards a future where employees are motivated to reach their full potential. #LearningAndDevelopment #InstructionalDesign #OrganizationalSuccess #training #employeedevelopment #learningculture #IncomeTax is again proved as FAILED model. Nirmala Sitharaman Government of India Narendra Modi should consider abolishing Income tax and introduce something new. Government is squeezing salaried, but not the one who should pay tax. But In total - 6.77 Crore filed return. Only 2 crore are earning enough to pay taxes. Only 1-2% in India pay taxes, remaining 98% enjoy on those tax payers money! Which is absurd because As per Knight Frank - Real Estate advisor - top 1% Indian hold wealth of 1.45 crore. So India have 1.3 crore crorepati. However, as per #Incometax only 1.31 Lakh earn 1 crore per year. So is 99% crorepati not paying tax or they all retired? We have 5.4 crore cars, but they don't earn even 50 thousand per month. I wonder, how they maintaining it. So with so much data - it is so easy to know who are escaping income tax. Things got more interesting when we see Income tax contribution Income tax contribution = 16.6 Lakh crore 50,000 income tax officers: 4.5 Lakh crore Building and expenditure: 1.5 Lakh crore So net income from income tax is : 10 Lakh crore I am sure - those remaining people who don't pay tax - collectively may be donating more than 10 Lakh crore or average 50K yearly to escape! By the way 10 Lakh crore = 7200 rs per Indian. Make income tax as flat 10% on all income at source. Make it simple - I am sure you will make more than 10 Lakh crore. Income tax is biggest contributor to black money market which is ruling India. Read more: https://bit.ly/46zQU3E #AmbitionsRealized #GreatPlaceToWork #Inclusivity Indians pay huge taxes and get nothing in exchange as a benefit 🔴 Specially salaried class people those who put efforts day and night to make India great get nothing in exchange even after paying huge taxes. --------- The condition of government schools and hospitals is getting worst day by day. Due to this today 🔴 Not single parents want to teach their children in government schools  🔴And no one wants to get treatments from government hospitals apart from AIMS (Very limited and can't cover even 1/10th of patients in the city itself) Still, people have to pay heavy taxes of up to 30% or 40%. 🔴 Tax collection is getting used either in distributing freebies, election campaigns, filling the pockets of 90% of corrupt politicians, government officers, and bureaucrats 📌 I see in my local area a Nagar Nigam chairman his net worth used to be hardly 10 lakhs before becoming chairman, but now he has a car of 20 lacks and almost 15 crores of net worth (Very small example but a real one). 🔷 I am not saying the entire tax collection money but yes 80% goes into corrupt pockets. 😑 In between a common man of India just paying taxes and doing charity without getting and single benefit which can make him feel happy. 🔴Real estate people building more and more apartments, sectors, colonies, and many more to force people to come to work in cities. 🔴Business people who have a surplus of money build more private schools, colleges, and universities to print huge money and consider themselves a nonprofit organization. 🔴Business people with the help of doctors building hospitals that charge heavy fees for treatments that 99% people of India can't afford Here the question is  Why we are paying a huge tax if we don't have any benefits? Neither in terms of Better education, Medical facilities, or any living benefits. Due to this High Networth or ultra-high Networth individuals leave India and settle in other countries. 🔴 Unfortunately, the majority of middle-class people don't have the privilege to settle in other countries PS - Modern College or universities in India creates slaves to pay a heavy tax to the government and heavy rent or EMIs to the real estate guys. 💎 I am happy in my hometown with a decent income if I don't have to pay unnecessary rent, huge fees in schools, or unnecessary Medical treatment fees. Stay healthy, exercise, and create a decent income Otherwise, these people will not leave you alive and happy.
