Currently, at Amazon SDS (Shipping and Delivery Support), I assist drivers and customers with delivery-related issues, helping resolve concerns around refunds and replacements while making critical service decisions. Before this, I worked at Teleperformance as a Senior Customer Service Representative, where I focused on improving customer experiences through effective communication.
