I invite you to explore the site to learn more about the project, view early visuals, and stay informed about upcoming screenings and ongoing developmen https://lnkd.in/gHmfSQ6E Neurodivergence as a Way of Seeing I've often reflected on how differently each of us perceives reality—especially at work. Much like lucid dreaming invites us into a subtle dance with our consciousness, acknowledging neurodivergence in professional environments invites us into a nuanced conversation with understanding itself. The workplace, ideally, is more than tasks and roles—it is a meeting of worlds. Each person brings a distinct inner universe, shaped by experiences that often remain unseen. Some navigate daily reality with remarkable clarity, while others encounter complex waves of uncertainty, intense emotional nuance, or heightened sensitivity—realities invisible to colleagues and supervisors, yet profoundly impactful. Leaders and innovators, I gently suggest, might benefit from understanding their teams not just as groups of capable professionals but as individuals each subtly dreaming their own worlds into existence. Inclusion means recognizing these inner worlds—not necessarily labeling or spotlighting them—but acknowledging that our diverse cognitive styles enrich collective creativity, resilience, and empathy. Neurodivergence—whether it includes formal labels, or experiences beyond formal labels—is not a barrier to professional excellence, but often a profound, quiet strength. Just as lucid dreaming can illuminate hidden layers of consciousness, compassionate and intentional leadership can gently illuminate and honor the hidden dimensions within teams, making room for everyone to contribute authentically and meaningfully. Perhaps in embracing this subtle truth, our workplaces, teams, and communities might discover richer, deeper ways of collaboration—ways built not just on what we produce, but on who we genuinely are. Because every mind is a universe worth exploring. #NeurodiversityAtWork #InclusiveLeadership #EmpathyInBusiness #MentalHealthAtWork #CognitiveDiversity #HumanCenteredLeadership #QuietLeadership #ThoughtfulInnovation #CompassionateCulture #FutureOfWork “By embracing game worlds as a viable method for training agentic robots, innovators may be setting the stage for a new generation of physical AI systems that are smarter, safer and better equipped to navigate the complexities of our physical world.” Our co-founder and CEO Kelsey Falter for The AI Journal: https://lnkd.in/gkucdDhx MOTHER GAMES congratulations to the amazing team efforts!! 🕶️ MOTHER GAMES 👾 Entering the world of video games! 👾 I’m back with another big update! After years of mostly engaging in the ecommerce space, I am officially entering a new realm — the world of video games. I'll be leading growth Mother Games. Most people’s responses I’ve received IRL when I mention this are, “Woah! A game?! Why a game? What kind of game?” So… why video games? When my sister, Kelsey Falter, told me about her vision for Mother Games and our first title, I said almost immediately, "I’ve got to be a part of this." Play has the power to drastically shorten the amount of time it takes to build new circuits in the brain. Which is why our mission is to create transformative experiences through gameplay. We are here to create new and mind-opening experiences. It’s a bonus I get to do it alongside someone I’ve genuinely looked up to since I was born :) And.. What kind of game? We are DEEP in build mode on our first title. While I can’t share too much, we are going to be sharing monthly updates of the journey to people who want to get the inside scoop as we go. If you like to play games and are interested in a peek into our first title, comment a 👾 and I'll make sure you're on the list. And if you’re not a gamer, but know someone who you think would love to get involved as the game develops, please share or tag them. Who can relate? 😝 SREs and DevOps use a LOT of tools, and when I say a LOT is ... A LOT! Ever walked into a crowded nightclub and thought, "Wow, this is just like my company's tech stack"? No? Just me? All right, let's get into why our tech stacks are like that one drawer everyone has at home – full of things you "might need someday." 👉 Before we start, sign up for my SRE & DevOps Programming Course 🔥Python, Shell, Go +SRE bonus 🔥 https://lnkd.in/eyd6HTtV let's continue... ✔ Docker: Because who doesn't like shipping containers? Especially when they're virtual and can't get stuck in a canal. ✔ Kubernetes: Or, as I like to call it, "Why do it yourself when you can orchestrate a symphony of containers?" ✔ Terraform: For when you want to play God and create and destroy cloud environments with the mere flick of a command. ✔ Jenkins: It's old, it's clunky, but it's loyal. Like that one friend who still thinks flip phones are cool. ✔ Git: Because "Oops, I did it again" isn't just a Britney Spears song, it's what you say after you force push to master. ✔ Prometheus & Grafana: The dynamic duo for when you want to know exactly how badly your servers are on fire. ✔ Ansible: Because manually configuring servers is so 2010. ✔ ELK Stack: For when you have so much log data, you need three tools to manage it. ✔ Slack: Where work happens, along with the sharing of memes and existential dread. ✔ Zoom: For when you need to ask, "Can you see my screen?" at least three times per meeting. ...And that's just the beginning. We haven't even touched on Chef, Puppet, Nagios, Splunk, AWS/GCP/Azure (because why choose one cloud when you can have them all?), Selenium, Postman, JIRA, Confluence, and the list goes on. So, why do we have so many tools? Because each one promises to be the answer to our problems, the light at the end of the tunnel. Share your tech stack! and favorite tools! 🔥 Did you enjoy this post? 👉 Follow Marco Agüero for more stuff like this! Corporate mindfulness reconnects us with the magic of our own humanity. Thank you Squarespace for pioneering mindfulness in the corporate culture! #mentalhealth #corporatehealth #meditation In twenty years of study and practice within the Tibetan Buddhist and yogic lineages here are some key take aways that are applicable to every day life. 1. Our breathe, quality of consciousness, and vital energy (prana) are all linked together. They work in concert. 2. To change your mind learn how to deepen your breathe and slow it down. Pay close attention to what thoughts and activities shorten and lengthen the breathe. 3. There is no meaningful progress in life or meditation without the application of ethics. Especially how we utilize speech. 4. Compassion will change your life. 5. Meditating on compassion through the lens of the three types of suffering takes your understanding of compassion from gross to subtle. It builds empathy and helps you understand what people are going through. Here are the three levels everyone is experiencing. a. mental and physical pain b. consistent change/ ie impermanence. Good things continously running out c. 24/7 incorrect perceptions about how subjects and objects exist 6. Generosity done without expectation will give you insight and crack your heart open. Generosity with expectation is still amazing but doesn't work as a tool for spiritual development. 7. Deep states of meditation are real, possible, blissful and worth the effort and discipline required to reach them. 8. The subtle energetic body is real although it's not objectively quantifiable. 9. Consciousness is not physical and not synonymous with the brain. There is a correlative relationship in the same way wind can influence water. 10. We're more than electricity and chemicals and just like physical matter which has no beginning and no end, consciousness which is non physical has no beginning or no end. 11. Clarity and love are the answer and every part of yourself must be included in that. Alexey Borisov #Kudos I really appreciate you #GoingAboveAndBeyond
