Paradigm just got shifted! A couple of days ago, ChatGPT was released, and it took the world by storm! I am fascinated by the model and its capabilities. I am excited to see how companies will apply this or similar AI models in their business to stay competitive in this crazy, fast-moving market! Since everyone is talking about ChatGPT, I'll try not to be a derivate, so I will post how different industries can leverage pre-trained NLP and CV models to help themselves in the months/years to come. Starting with the marketing and NLP models: - Automatically categorize customer feedback by sentiment, enabling marketers to identify areas for improvement and provide more personalized experiences quickly - Automate the process of responding to customer inquiries and support tickets, providing faster and more accurate responses - Analyze large amounts of unstructured data, such as customer reviews and social media posts, to identify trends - Improve the accuracy and relevance of targeted advertising by analyzing customer behavior and preferences - Generate reports and insights, helping businesses make data-driven decisions and optimize their marketing strategies - Generate personalized and relevant content, such as email newsletters or social media posts, based on customer (or customer groups) preferences and interests - Generating personalized follow-up emails for your customers Most of these things will be able to handle using the newest model.
