Ami Community Meetup (Weekly)
2 hrReunión semanal de la comunidad Ami para discutir novedades, feedback y soporte de productos.
📝 Summary
Hey there — looks like you were in a lively business and community-focused meetup all about Ami devices, user experiences, feedback loops, and product improvements! The group discussed hardware manufacturing (outsourcing vs. in-house), device features, firmware updates, and the quirks of transcription and diarization. There was major troubleshooting around diarization accuracy, tagging, and syncing across devices, plus a deep dive into integrating Ami with Claude, Notion, and other MCPs for productivity and automation. The conversation was peppered with real-time demos, community feature requests, and candid talk about open-source, subscription models, and collaborative app development. — and wow, the collaborative, “let’s just figure this out together” energy was off the charts!
“The only way to do great work is to love what you do.” — Steve Jobs
🌡️ Atmosphere
Enthusiastic, collaborative, and supportive—lots of friendly troubleshooting and idea sharing.
✅ Decisions Made
- Feature Requests — Encouraged posting and voting on the feedback board for new functions (e.g., device-specific memory labeling, in-app feature requests, diarization improvements).
- Ambassador Program — Shared link and encouraged active community members to join as Ami ambassadors.
- Subscription Model — Confirmed a free tier will continue, with paid pro options forthcoming; feedback from users will inform limits/features.
🗂️ Action Items
- 🧑💻 Post Feature Requests — Community members to submit and upvote desired features directly on the feedback board.
- 🔗 Ambassador Sign-up — Interested users to fill out the ambassador program form.
- 🧑💻 Test MCP Integration — Set up and troubleshoot Ami MCP with Claude and Notion, including Docker installation (@Nathan • ongoing).
- 🧑💻 Investigate Diarization Issues — Users to provide feedback, videos, or bug reports about diarization/tagging problems.
- 🧑💻 Follow Up on Bounties — Nathan to check on unresolved bounty payout/recognition for mute feature contributions.
- 📝 Share Use Cases — Claudia and others to write up case studies or stories about Ami in medical and personal contexts.
- 🧑💻 Book User Interviews — Users encouraged to schedule sessions with Arav to share feedback and influence roadmap.
💡 Key Takeaways
- Manufacturing is hybrid — Some Ami hardware is built in-house (3D printing, direct assembly), some outsourced.
- Firmware matters — Device features like photo-taking and connectivity hinge on updated firmware; user feedback drives improvements.
- Diarization is tricky — Tagging accuracy can be affected by voice samples, tag management, and environment; user-driven fixes and feedback are crucial.
- Community-driven development — Feature requests, bug reports, and bounty contributions shape product direction; responsiveness is key.
- Integration superpowers — Linking Ami with Claude, Notion, and other tools enables powerful automation, task extraction, and cross-app workflows.
- Subscription model coming — Free tier will remain, but power users should expect paid options; input needed on fair usage limits.
- Ambassadors wanted — The team is actively recruiting passionate users to help grow the community and share knowledge.
❓ Questions Raised
- Will diarization get more robust with more/better voice samples, or does it degrade over time?
- How can the device/app more reliably distinguish between speakers in noisy or multi-language environments?
- Can MCPs create shareable web links for Omni memories/conversations?
- What’s the ETA or plan for allowing multiple apps to run simultaneously on Ami?
- How will bounty contributions and recognition be handled more transparently?
- What will the exact terms/features of the Ami subscription tiers be?

On me. So I'm doing that now. So we have the Ami Community Meetup summary, like, so we have a memory to we can post about this. Okay. So now I just posted I just started that. Let me go back. Okay. So do we outsource hardware tech or all in house? Interesting. A good question. I mean, the manufacturing is done through seats not I mean, I think the original manufacturing is done through Seat Studio. And I think we have Chinese manufacturer Now Nick has some people in house. On creating devices in house, and, think then our our lead dev has also, got some devices like hardware that were building…

Now now I want the glasses. Yeah. You want the glasses. Backstaffed. Yeah. Yeah. They're they're pretty good. I mean, I I mean, I think this the firmware on the glasses needs to improve more. I find myself using the the Ami device more than the glasses. Maybe because I already have the Ray Bans, Meta Ray Bans, and so like, I get a good combination with these. Right? Like, I'm wearing the the the Ray Ban so I can get so I can get, video and audio. And then I got this so I can get the transcription. And I could take pictures and stuff. The OmniGlass does take pictures, but you don't know when it…
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:06:27]
Yeah. That's that's really cool.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:06:29]
Mhmm. But I I use my Ray Bans, like, every time I go to the gym, like, I've been using my Ray Bans because I can record my coach doing exercise or my trainer doing exercise, and then I take that video and I share it with him so he can post on Instagram or wherever he wants. But I also have it so that I can remember how to do the exercises. Right? So it's pretty cool. But I don't I don't know that the, I don't know the the OmniGlass yet does video yet. At least my version, I haven't updated the firmware yet. So I just have photos, so far. You put your Ami. Okay. So so Musa san put my new Ami th…

Speaker 0 [00:12:08]
Back to the channel. Okay. Yeah. Here here's a Rob's here's a Rob's calendar. Anybody wants to book a time on a Rob's calendar, he's doing, like, user interviews.
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:12:17]
So wants to learn about your, you know, especially power users, people who are using Omni a lot.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:12:22]
Or if you just got it and you're planning to be a power user and you, like, have lots of thoughts, you know, join a book of time on his calendar, some of your thoughts on, like, what you hope Omni can do. Hey, Neil. What's up? And also I actually Neil's a great person. He to share a little bit more about the the Omni glass. If you have any thoughts about it, Neil, because you just started using it, think. I know you and I were waiting on the firmware update conversation, so I don't know if you got that back or not. Okay. Ami mentor and the Ami the mental health friend. Okay. Cool. I'm gonna tr…

Speaker 2 [00:13:10]
Yes. So I have using the Omni Glasses yet. Yep. Not not not much at least. Mhmm. Because the firm has not done yet.
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:13:18]
Yeah.
- S2
Speaker 2 [00:13:20]
So I'm just waiting for it to be done.
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:13:22]
Yeah.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:13:23]
The updated firmware is, like, still in progress. I mean, the firmware does work, but it's not fully it's not it's not fully functional. Yeah. It's like there's some things I video and stuff like that would nicer.
- S2
Speaker 2 [00:13:35]
When I tried to connect you to the Yeah. It just disconnect
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:13:39]
Oh, really? You're yours isn't connecting at all. Interesting. Not really. Mine will connect, but it's not like, it's it's not super it's really interesting, but it's not super useful because, like, like, I was saying just a little bit earlier to people that my biggest challenge is, like, I wanted to use it took it to the gym Let me see if I can find, I think that I'm trying to see how I can find another thing. If you're gonna have the glasses connected, it would be nice to have, it would be nice to have some designation on, like, which memories were created with the and which ones were create…

Speaker 2 [00:15:12]
I just wanted to say I Kriti. It's, like, midnight for me.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:15:15]
Oh, yeah. I know it again. Cool. Thanks for dropping in. Have a good 1. See you next time.
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:15:19]
Thanks, Neil. Cool. Cool.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:15:24]
Okay. So how did you know they can have glass now? Because Neil has glass in his or who who told you they can have glass in it? I know that was Claudia's question to me too. But I don't know if they're, like, security. I don't know if they're good for construction work. You know? I don't know what the the PSI or protection level on the, the glass is is is we'll have to figure that 1 out. I'm going in I'm going on to the like, I'm telling you guys all every week go on the feedback board and post if you have any feature requests. So, like, I can't front if I have a feature request, gotta go to t…
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:18:03]
Well, okay. See you later, Ayush Ayush. Have a good 1. Thanks for dropping in. I get Realmeta and go on the feature request site and request an ability for us to post feature requests directly from the Omni. Why not? I think you should put it in there. Let's go. Let's do it. Hey, Ami. Post a feature request for Ami. I love it. I think it's awesome. Yeah. Actually, you know what? 100 percent. Go do this. I'll vote it up after you post it. I think it's a great idea. I think I think Arav will like it. I think the team will like it. It'd be so cool if you could be like, man, I wish my army could d…

Speaker 1 [00:20:54]
I got they just sent me like a they just sent me like a random box.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:20:57]
So I don't care. As long as, like, I got some glasses I can demo for you guys. That's the more important part. So and I opened I cracked open the side panel just so I could see it, and I never put it back on. Don't know if I ever will, actually. We'll see. I like it better with it off. It's like it it feels like I'm, the bionic man or something. Mhmm. Know if you guys are young you guys are too young to know who the bionic man is. I'm just playing. Cool. Cool. Alright. Nice. Okay, Moose. You gotta post the link here in the chat so we can, so we can all vote it up now. Because we all we all wan…

Speaker 0 [00:22:56]
I love it. Let's go. Let's go. I tagged a Rob. Let's see what he has to say about this. I like it. I love that you put high priority.
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:23:09]
That's awesome.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:23:14]
Oh, we got 3 votes already. We got 3 votes already. This is great. Who else jumped in there and voted up? Don't know. Okay. Cool. Yeah. Anybody else got some things they want? Oh, actually, I think Moose, I was asking about the transcription diarization. Do you have any thoughts on, like, what is the problem that you're having with diarization? Like, what do you want to improved? And I'm gonna read Ready's question here. I'm on I'm using the omni pendant necklace meta version meta version? Interesting. Beta version, I guess you're saying. Right? Okay. But I'm not receiving any push notificatio…
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:25:23]
Alright. I'm coming back.
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:25:28]
Sorry about that.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:25:31]
Okay. So diarization, Biggest issue with diarization is that it will make me about 6 different speakers. Yeah.
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:25:43]
Uh-huh.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:25:45]
Sometimes it will tag my transcriptions as my daughter or vice versa where it's it's, like, really obvious that the voice shouldn't be that person. Yeah. That seems problematic. The I'm not sure how we can fix that, to be honest. With you. Like, that's 1 of the things, like that's that's kind of on the Deepgram model. And why is it doing that? I'm not sure. Sometimes it's better than others. Like, I don't know if you find it's better when you're closer to people around like that. Yeah. You can edit you can edit the yeah. So what, Ulysses is saying, you can edit that and change it when you kind…
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:27:42]
Interesting.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:27:43]
I've never seen a problem where when I add other people's tags that it it actually causes a problem. Because it only tags me essentially, but it'll say speaker 0 speaker 3, speaker 4, unless you're experiencing something different there. That's interesting. Can can Avi telephere coughing a lot? Oh, you you're hilarious. Okay. Let me see let me see some let me see if I got anything from the from Ami mentor during this conversation about my coughing. Let's see. Actually, I don't know if Ami Mentor is gonna actually pop up because I'm using the desktop app right now. So let me let me let me load …
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:30:00]
Yeah.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:30:04]
Yeah. I was like, Ammi's gonna call my doctor for me because of this cough.
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:30:11]
Okay.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:30:12]
I'd be curious about what you at least you at least you said about the your voice again too. Seeing how adding your voice again might help. Especially if you're in a in a good environment because, like, not in a great environment when you record your voice, you might have some issues. You've noticed that when I delete everyone's tags, that part there is really interesting to me. I don't know if I've experienced that. I have a multiple people in my tags but I never see their like, their names don't show up at all. Only only mine and then speaker 0, speaker 1, But I never noticed whether if I re…
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:32:35]
Back. I know you can tag a speaker. I don't does it actually sample their voice and keep it now? What the blood clot? Sorry. I I had no idea that we had it back already. And meanwhile, I'm just over here freewheeling it with, like, speaker zeros and speaker ones in my in my transcripts. That's hilarious. Well, thanks for telling me something about Ami. That's hilarious. I'm so I I had my wife's voice trained the very first day that I got it set up before. And when it when the feature went away, was so sad because when she was talking and I was talking, we could see the 2 transcripts. But I tho…
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:33:37]
Yeah. Nice.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:33:39]
You're hypnotizing us now.
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:33:43]
That's so nice. I'm so excited.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:33:45]
That's awesome.
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:33:46]
It's 1 good feature is, like, the the smallest I use my headphone to list this call. Yep. And my Avi doesn't list it. Yeah. You know?
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:33:59]
Yeah.
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:34:00]
Yeah. So this is the problem.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:34:01]
Yeah. Well, that why I'm running the desktop that's why I'm running the desktop version because capture, like, if you're talking or somebody else is talking. I agree with you. Like, for for the first little while, I would take my headphones off, and just let the Ami device pick up the the call. You know? And, but then it but then you have to be on speakerphone, which is kind of annoying. You know?
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:34:22]
Yeah. And then what did you do next week? Change this.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:34:27]
Change oh, yeah. Man. Yeah. You're gonna get a you're gonna get a nice 1. Right? Like a like a nice yeah. Yeah. Let it let us know when you find 1, what how how it goes. I'm I'm excited about that. Yeah. We need some other options. Yeah. For sure. We need other options.
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:34:40]
Yeah. Start post videos.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:34:45]
Yeah. Yeah. That's great. I'm looking forward to your videos. The oh, it's funny. Ulysses is saying, my wife getting upset because it was combining all the transcripts with her voice. And other people. So I so I voiced her to do the voice train again, and now it works perfectly. Okay. That's great. That's good to hear. That's good to hear. And also hilarious at the same time. Okay. Okay. Okay. Let's let's, cool, like, he would support. Yeah.
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:35:13]
Situation.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:35:14]
Sounds like
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:35:15]
Yep. Who is right, love?
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:35:17]
Yeah. I mean, well, to be honest, like yeah. I used it with my wife all the time, and I really liked I really liked the the concept. It's good for personal development. Everybody thought we were just gonna use to prove who's right and who's wrong. I think more, it's just like that objective observer, you know, scenario is really nice. Like, having somebody who's not part of the conversation looking at the conversation saying, well, you could've gone this way. You could've done that. You it could be like this. So many times, it's been really, really interesting that way. So I'm excited to, like…
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:36:08]
Oh, yes. It'd be kind of interesting. Really nice.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:36:12]
Let's see let's see what happens. Can I train on a voice speech profile? Let's see. No. Recognizing others. So I have a whole bunch of other people in mine. But but from the recognizing other area, you can't I don't think you can do the the voice training. You just get the person's name in there. But you can't get a sample You can't get a sample I think what I did first time when I start using is speaking in English and in Portuguese, the same.
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:36:45]
Oh, yeah.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:36:46]
Uh-huh. That makes sense. That's good. It's work.
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:36:48]
It's it's work. Like, amazing. Like, it's really work.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:36:53]
Yeah.
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:36:54]
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I'm so happy.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:36:57]
Yeah. That's awesome. That's very cool. Yeah. I'm excited about that. So I could probably do it from okay. Yeah. So this is saying that the samples coming naturally from the captured audio. Or do I have to separately give new samples to different people, like I gave my sample for my training? So that's the thing. Right? Like, get the sample from the transactions or or for the transfer right now. But voice training is only for you. People you encounter, you manually label. It makes them a voice profile in a sense. So I was thinking, like, we when we when we first had voice training, they actual…
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:40:48]
1, then maybe you get the person to talk more, and more variations, and then tag it, and then that becomes the starting point.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:40:56]
But if it's actually accumulating all the stuff, then it might be either 1 it might get better over time or it might just get worse over time. If the if the actual samples aren't aren't enough aren't good So it'd be interesting to know. I will test this out too because now that I actually know this is this feature's back, which don't know how I missed it, but Excuse me. Anybody else? Yeah. Look. If you have any questions or whatever, Yeah. Feed it. If you feed it bad samples, you have bad results. Exactly. I think that's 1 of the things. Like, how how do we know, like, don't use this as a samp…
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:42:09]
Like, of, like, how how, like, how you manage the samples? Because I don't have any samples in mind.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:42:15]
I wanna see, like, how you can you can you see the samples when you go to manage people? Oh, okay. There it is. Yep. Okay. I got it. I see it now. If you guys haven't seen the video, go to, like, 22 seconds in There's a there's a spot where it shows Michael Ling and it says sample 5 sample 4 sample sample 5 1 second sample 5, 4 seconds. Why is it 2 sample fives? I am. So, like, you can you can control which samples are there. And that would probably help a lot. Yeah. That's my wife. Okay. Am I saying the name wrong?
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:42:53]
Sorry.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:42:55]
It's probably something else then. Say that again. Say the name. I don't know. I apologize for butchering the name. Thought that was like a last name, but is it like miss like now now I'm going to rewind again. Michelin? No. Michael. I don't know. I'm I'm I'm I'm very curious now. Oh, it is. Okay. I've never heard that. I thought it was like a like a first name, last name that just got jammed together or something like Michael Michael Ling. But it is like Michael and Ing Ing Michael
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:43:38]
Ling.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:43:40]
That's cool. Never heard that before. I always find it interesting when I come across new new names. You you you both have difficult names. That's hilarious. The other weird thing I get is outside of managed people, I have my name. And then in parentheses, you you, but it keeps popping up as up no matter how many times I delete it. It also I also get the name u in manage people that I never put in there. Oh, I think you probably shouldn't delete that. That's probably part of the process, like, you know, for training your voice maybe. And maybe deleting that is what's causing all the problems. …
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:48:48]
So if you obviously, it's open source.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:48:51]
You can if you're if you spin up your own app, you point it to your own back end server, yeah, it's it's still gonna be free. It's gonna cost you whatever it cost you to run on your own models and your own back end server and everything like that. But that's a different conversation than you know, the the app itself in the App Store and the and the Aomi back end. But that's that's a good point to bring that up. Because, yeah, Ami's you know, you can use Ami however you want. You can change the the keys, point it to your own, you know, point it to your own server, point it to your own you know,…
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:49:51]
You know?
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:49:53]
For some people, that's not gonna be as doable, like technical tech net technical ability wise. Moose said that could also be another problem is my personal personal phones and Android and my work phones and iPhone, same account, 2 different phones, but I will check to make sure both are up right now. Interesting. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That could be that could be another interesting 1. Like, are there any conflicts with an Android phone and iPhone and the desktop, for example, recognizing people because the, you know, the transcription devices is I mean, the Omni device is different, but the…
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:50:42]
So
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:50:43]
I can also test out a little bit myself too.
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:50:47]
Guys, I need to leave. Now so Bye, Claudia. Have a good Friday.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:50:51]
Yeah. Share your when you get your first video, posted, definitely share it with us. We we wanna see it.
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:50:56]
You know? So Yeah.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:50:58]
We'll see you next Friday. I will post. Yeah. Bye. Yeah. That that makes sense. That might that might make that could that could be kind of interesting. I mean, technically, it shouldn't mess up your data, but it might it might make transcriptions weird. Like, I don't I think that the managed people is stored in the people section. So you should be in there. Like, I feel like there needs to be a person in there for you. Right? Like, do you but you're literally saying they don't have that in their theirs. I I'm check my app and see if I go into manage people do I have do I have that? Let's see.…
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:55:22]
Chile.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:55:29]
But you you don't see a setting to say, like, detect to detect names Like like, what Moose was saying. Is there a feature to to say detect names? Oh, do you are you sure you wanna delete the speech samples?
- S1
Speaker 1 [00:55:46]
Interesting.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:55:48]
Yeah. It's interesting. It looks like so Mooy said, look, like I'm on the I the iPhone app version 0 01:06 9, and it can't see my what my Android version is, it says I'm a beta tester for that 1. Okay. On Android, you should see it at the bottom of the, the settings screen. If you go to settings, right at the bottom of settings, it's there 01:07 0 is the 1 I'm on. 400 in brackets. Auto tag auto create and tag new speakers in developer mode. Oh, damn. Okay. Let me see. I'm so annoyed by this. Like, I'm I'll be honest with you. If anybody asked me where these features should be, there definitely…

Speaker 1 [00:57:19]
So how it works.
- S0
Speaker 0 [00:57:24]
Once a person is created, you can go to the conversation transcript and assign them their corresponding segments. That way, Ami will be able to recognize their speech too. Interesting. Cool. Hey. You guys have schooled me on a a feature that I've been wanting for a long time to come back, and I didn't even know it was already back. So thanks for that. You learn something new every day. And you also you also help me understand that there's a way to have it create new names. I I don't understand why but and there are actually names that Ami thinks Maybe the way I said it, hey, butt. Go over ther…
- S2
Speaker 2 [01:01:05]
Right?
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:01:07]
Actually, can you show me a show me a screenshot of how you set that up? I would be cured. Oh, no. You can't because you'll show me your keys. I don't wanna see that. So you just okay. You set up a second MCP server. Damn. Alright. That's awesome. I love this idea. I'm I'm very excited about that. Okay. Ulysses, 2 questions for you. 1, how did you get so genius right now? Because this is amazing. And then second of all, did you have you booked a call with Arav because if not, please do. Because I think your your feedback on these experiences you're having will be amazing. So please go book a c…
- S2
Speaker 2 [01:04:24]
It's not it's not loading? I guess because I have Discord, open.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:04:28]
Okay. I'll just post it and here. 1 second. Give me a minute. Okay. Yeah. We I gotta show you guys cloud desktop setup though. Is pretty cool. This is this is gonna be fascinating to me. Okay. On the MCP. Okay. Alright. I think I got what I I need. Oh, you said you need the UID as well. Right? Okay. Let me let me grab that too.
- S2
Speaker 2 [01:05:06]
UID. UID. Profile
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:05:13]
There it is. Alright. Okay. Bear with me here for a second. Alright. I'm just moving all this stuff over. Okay. So, actually, I am gonna stop sharing my screen for a second while I put this in, but you can kinda get the idea of how it works. Actually, I can put the remote server in here without it. So so actually, no. I can't. Yes. I just did listen to me contradict myself several times in a row. Alright. So Ami MCP is this. Okay. And then the other thing is okay. Other thing is this. Glad this is not a livestream right now, by the way.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:06:34]
I thought I could just do it like this. Can I do it like this? I might have to do it in the actual JSON. Right? I was trying to cheat, but probably need to do it in the JSON. Will it let me add it this way? Let's see. It's gonna probably fail because, because of this. The craziest thing is I could go into, I could go into Cloud Code and have Cloud Code actually set up for me, but so there's the Omni MCP. It's not gonna work though because because I need to because I need to give it the other stuff that I didn't give it. So it probably won't work. You guys are just probably talking about me ove…
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:09:05]
Okay.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:09:13]
You guys bored yet? I can't see the chat, so I don't know. But you're probably bored. Almost there. I'm almost there. I promise. Okay. Dropping these back in. No.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:09:25]
Not like that.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:09:28]
Okay. Close that. Save. And then I gotta kill Claude and restart Claude because usually that's how you get the MCP to start working. So you probably lost my screen now. Is everybody bored? You're watching intently. I'm reading now. What did you say? Oh, you gave it to me. Ignore the first 1. Oh, ignore the first 1. Here's a clean template that others can use. Oh, I see. I see. Okay. Did I ignore the first 1 or did I not? I don't know. Let me go look. Anyways, I think I'm close enough, to do it. I can copy yours if you want. That might be better, I guess. 1 sec. Thanks. Here's, like, somebody t…
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:10:36]
Let's see.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:10:37]
Yeah. Okay. I'm good. Let me start Claude again and then, and then me reshare my screen. Moose, I love that you're watching intently, but, I apologize that it was was also, like, boring thing to watch intently. Okay. So now we're back up and running. Share this window. And it says the Avi MCP is not working. I'm obviously not doing something correctly. Let me let me go back. Even though someone even though, Ulysses was trying to help me, I didn't And now I've, gotta start over again.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:11:34]
Okay.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:11:35]
Let me try again. Alright. 1 more time. 1 more time. I'm I'm I'm feeling feeling like I could be lucky on this 1. Let's see. Alright. Select all. Delete. Save. Restart Claude again. Restart sharing again. Okay. Let's see if this works. Claude is restarting. Still still mine's still saying it's not working. Debug doc documentation. You know what? I should probably just get rid of the other, I should probably just get rid of the other, things in there. Because that's probably what's happening. So under settings, it might not be the 1 that I just created. It might be the other 1 that I created un…
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:12:47]
Remove. Disconnect.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:12:50]
Remove it. Yeah. It's gone now. Okay. Let's try let's try again. Let's see. Let's see. This should not be this hard, Nathan. Okay. And you know what I'm gonna do? I'm just gonna delete all my other MCP servers and then put them back later so that I can not mess this up. Are you are you are you bored yet? Okay. So the OMI 1 says it's failed. And I don't know why. Server disconnected, it says online. Okay. Let's go edit config. Open with okay. It's very strange. I don't know I don't know. It should be working. I don't know why it's not
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:14:15]
Okay.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:14:18]
I should've set this up in advance and then, came back to just show it to you. There we go. Okay. Let's see. Edited. You don't need to you don't need to add your UID to this, though. Right? Is after the chat starts, you need to add the UID? Okay. Let's see. Let's see. I will give up on this and show you next week if I can't get there.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:15:12]
Oh, stream ended on me? Okay.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:15:14]
K. Okay. Are you still watching intently? Vibe coding, GTA 6, I'm also listening. That's hilarious. Do you have a Docker desktop installed? Oh, shit. Is that the problem? Need to have Docker desktop installed. I we started clogged too. Do I need to have Docker desktop installed? Yeah. Yeah. I I think I you can't see it. You can't see what I'm doing, but I'm doing the same thing with ChatGPT. Yeah. The Ami MCP is Docker, but is it it's on a Docker on a local fuck. Okay. Alright. Cool. Yeah. Well, thanks. You guys are here. Appreciate it because that's, I I haven't used a haven't used Docker on …
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:16:07]
Okay. Cool. Yay.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:16:11]
Maybe if I read maybe if I read more, that'd be good. That would be helpful. Okay. So I'm gonna do this again. And, let me do it. Okay. So I had Claude mean, I had ChatGPT fix mine. My setup. At least I thought it was fixing my setup. But I didn't know that I need Docker running. So now I'm just gonna go figure out how to do that. Right now. Do I need to just, like, run an NPM or something or an an yeah. Do I just need to run something to get that up and running, or, like, do I where what are you guys doing to install Docker? Because our Docker container? I'm just gonna be a noob right now and…
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:17:19]
Claude,
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:17:20]
Claude. Somebody's gonna give it to me.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:17:25]
Oh, there we go. Okay.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:17:34]
Oh, shoot. Need to there we go. Or from docker dot com. Yeah. That no. Although, we don't wanna go we don't wanna make it that easy.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:17:48]
If
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:17:50]
If Oh, it's trying to tell me to fix other things now. It's like, oh, can fix this too because, that's that's running or whatever. To tell me all this other stuff. It's trying to tell me to install home brew because I got some errors or something because of home brew. I got it. I got a chat GBD going where it's actually using the terminal. Like, it has a terminal open so we can see what's happening. And it's like, hey. You need to install Homebrew to get rid of those error messages that are showing up. Funny. Here's the quickest way to get Docker running on macOS Install homebrew. Okay. Fine. …
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:19:00]
This is great.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:19:03]
Chat, what should I do? Okay. So I installed Homebrew. Waiting for it to finish.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:19:10]
What it was doing? Okay.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:19:11]
It's done. Oh, wait. It's asking for my password.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:19:18]
Okay.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:19:22]
Alright.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:19:25]
Working.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:19:30]
I'm glad I could put you in your mind at ease that you're not the 1 the only 1 out there with unknowing issues. I'm I'm like a I'm literally like a like a kind of person who just hacks their way out until they get it working. Everybody's like, wow. I can't believe you did that. And I'm like, I don't know what I did, though. I just did it. I didn't know what I doing. Was doing this this hard. You know? Keep an eye on the time as you had to go. Yeah. I I didn't really have to go. I mean, I was gonna go, but nobody's waiting on me today. So, thankfully, I'm just I just going into my own space. Ok…
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:21:11]
Yeah.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:21:16]
I'm pretty sure I had Homebrew installed before and probably uninstalled it, like, let me do it. Okay. It's going. Homebrew and Docker. Docker is now giving me lots of plus signs and said it hit a hundred percent. So I think I'm almost there. Are you guys gonna be excited for me? When I get this done? Okay. It says a hundred percent, but it's still sitting there and not doing anything. I don't know if I need to anything now. It's good to have a a whole group of people supporting me installing something that I should be able to figure out. Okay. So now it's saying they want me to they want me t…
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:22:37]
Let's go.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:22:38]
Apple Silicon. Let's go. Sounds so fun. Okay. And then what is it saying to do next? Docker version. Now it wants me to test the Docker version, and then it wants me to I think I'm done after that, I guess. Okay. Let's go. It's installing the desktops software or downloading them? 1 or the other. Okay. Docker. Okay. It's downloading. I'm I'm installing it now. It'll only take me an hour to get this part done. Alright. Docker is officially installed on the desktop version now too. Whether I needed that or not, you'll probably tell me in the chat.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:23:33]
Okay. Should be installed. Okay.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:23:35]
Cool. It it probably didn't need to download it. Right? You're hanging out of your seat tightly.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:23:39]
Awesome. Okay. We're almost there.
- S2
Speaker 2 [01:23:42]
Almost there.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:23:44]
Hold on. It's gonna turn into Docker ASMR in a second here. Okay. So that install to that install finish. Tab. Okay. So install finish. I don't know if I need to open the Docker app. Okay. No. It's not. It's still copying Docker over to applications right now. Try resetting Cloud Desktop. Okay. I'm gonna kill Cloud Desktop right now because we gotta wait for Docker to start. So I killed it, and then I will open it once the install is finished. Or can you think I can do it before I finish it because I already have installed on the on the terminal? Okay. I think it finished installing now anyway…
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:25:36]
Okay.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:25:37]
Let's see. Do we see
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:25:38]
Ami
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:25:39]
MCP listed here? Oh, something's happening. Allow Docker to find devices. I don't really wanna I don't see Ami listed in the list of MC right now, so it must have failed again. So I'm gonna log in to Docker now. I don't know if I need to do that, but I'm gonna do it. You guys still with me. Right? I'm gonna check your I'm gonna check your messages. Give me some, give me some encouragement there. I'm just playing with you. Okay. I'm officially o I can't choose the oh, yeah.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:26:20]
Never mind.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:26:22]
Good. At first, it told me I couldn't use the username I wanted, and I was gonna be frustrated with them, but it worked. Okay. Let's go. Alright. I'm closing I'm closing Claude. I'm reopening Claude now. And I'm really hoping that this is the end of the adventure so that we can get to actually using the, features. And I hope that the the summary for this call is still working so we can have all this annoying, conversation that I've had in that in there too. Damn. I don't see the Omni MCP listed again. So I'm gonna go to manage connections and see what's going on. Why is it not there? Okay. So …
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:28:41]
Yes. T. I was like, T. What's that mean?
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:28:45]
Okay. I'm starting to chat now. New chat. And hey. Can I chat with the Omni MCP? MCP. Is this gonna ask me for my UID? Is this where it comes up? For my UID?
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:29:13]
Interesting.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:29:15]
Didn't ask me for MCP. Who are some people I talked to last week? Okay. I'm gonna look and see what you're saying in the chat so we can see Is it working? Is this what you're expecting? Tell Claude to pull up the latest memory with your MCP tool. Okay. Cool. But I just ask it for the people I talked to this week. And, it doesn't it does talk about the community meetup and stuff like that. But it didn't mention people's names. I was kinda hoping that it's saying okay. Let's see. Can you give me some names? I probably won't because, I didn't I don't actually tag anybody's names in my conversatio…
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:33:17]
So if I go to this 1 here, like my product inbox to action inbox to action, inbox to Notion, basically,
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:33:26]
No. Maybe it won't. Let me click over while it's working.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:33:28]
Okay.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:33:30]
So I basically use the MCP with Intercom to check all the past year of conversations for feature requests. So I I basically, I told her I said, at the top here, said, come on. I said, can you use the on your CommCP to find all the feature requests over the last year? So it went and pulled all the feature requests from last year. Listed them out, and then I said, can you can you add links to each of these conversations so I can look at them? And then I said then down here, I said, can you oh, wait. No. I had a hide on email. It's just just a sensitivity thing. Okay. Prioritize these feature req…
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:35:40]
Like, oh, I wanna do something else.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:35:42]
Oh, I can just ask it to, like, remake that page with with different stuff. Like, you know what? Put a link to every 1 of these conversations. I don't know if the MCP can actually create sharing links or not, but that'd be interesting. Like, can you, can you add I don't know if it can edit the existing page or not, though, but can you add, links to the conversation Man, my thing's typing slow for some reason. Can you add links to the conversations where the action items are so I can get back to read the conversations. Okay. I don't know why it's typing so slow. Screen sharing or something.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:36:27]
Okay.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:36:29]
It's almost caught up to where we were. Okay. So I'm just gonna hit send on that. So now it's gonna go and try to know, fire I guess if the links are available, it's gonna try to find them and put them there. I don't know I don't know if the share links are available, to be honest. Oh, it is actually updating the page. Okay. I wasn't sure if we could do that. Okay. I'm going back to the chat to see what you guys are saying. Yeah.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:36:49]
It's crazy. Right?
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:36:50]
The possibility is insane. Oh, Stateport. I'm adding you up. Sorry. I didn't see you requested. Yeah. The possibility is a kinda crazy. So that gives you custom stuff to do with your transcripts similar to what Omni apps do for you and Omni app, but Clock can do it on the fly. Yeah. It's it's kinda it's kinda sick. Oh, I guess, State Park, you you had your hand up to be added, but when
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:37:10]
I accepted it, it's probably way too too late or something.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:37:13]
Wanna request again, then I'll, I'll invite you out. Yeah. Okay. Cool. I clicked it again. Let's see if you make it up here.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:37:21]
Okay. Cool.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:37:23]
Yeah. It's it's to me, it's insane. Like, this is amazing what you can do. Okay. So here it is.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:37:26]
Right? So it updated the page and he said, here's what I added.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:37:31]
And so then it said, it said that it added something, but I don't know that it actually added the links.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:37:39]
Like, perfect.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:37:40]
I've added your Notion document, clickable links. Okay. It says it added them. So let's go see let's go see if it did actually add them. Are you trying to Zocks State Port? We just can't hear you. Is the microphone an issue again? I remember we had that 1 time. Oh, yeah. So there so I got a link here. Let's see if it works. Oh, no. They're they're, like, they're, like, internal links. So we need we need to get them to update the MCP. To be able to, like, create share links on the fly probably. Right? Because this, this link won't won't work. Okay. Let me, I'm curious if the MCP can do this We …
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:38:47]
Let's see.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:38:52]
I don't have the ability to generate shareable length for the Omni conversations. The links I included in the Notion document like this are deep links that work within the Omni ecosystem, but they're not web based
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:39:01]
URLs.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:39:02]
Okay. So let's go here. Let's go to the feature request board, and let's add a link here. For, let's let's add let's add a feature request. For this. Add the ability the ability to create create or get share links within the Ami MCP for any conversation. Even if it hasn't oh, I'll just say any conversation.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:40:15]
Oops. That's how they're on. Okay.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:40:28]
Okay.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:40:30]
I'm just gonna submit this if anybody likes the idea. You know, you feel free to go vote it up. I'm gonna drop it in the for you. Yeah, to me, that's gonna be amazing. The more of us using it, the more we're gonna get. Yeah. Your your your phone isn't like Discord stages. Sorry about that. You have you wanna say you tried to join the stage too, Ulysses? You know what interesting? I'll I'll tell you something to stay for you. Don't know if this works for you. But every week when I join this live, I literally have to join the stage, leave the stage, leave the call, rejoin the call, join the stag…
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:42:12]
Oh, you can go search for APR Notion deep links and use them.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:42:18]
For native Notion compatibility. Yeah. Exactly. Okay. So so for the for the Notion MCP, it's super easy. You just go into, into your name. I'm on the max plan. Like, you you can I don't you have to be on the pro plan? To get access to the data connectors, I think. I don't know if you can use the MCPs with, like, custom I mean, like, custom stuff on the pro on the free plan. But on the pro plan, you have these data connectors data connectors and, like, this example, Gmail, Google Calendar, and GitHub. You can actually install Notion here too and configure it. So you just you basically just add …
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:43:52]
MCP and it goes in it actually opens the browser, starts navigating around, sees the thing disappears, then it checks into it, looks at the log files, and says, okay.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:44:02]
I confirm it's not working. This is what I think is wrong with it. And then it checked the logs. Look, it checks the console logs, and then it browses the net the navigates the browser again. And so it found some issues and then, you know, kind of listed out the issues it thinks were were the problem. So you can have it control your computer or control your browser and stuff. And then the other thing that I learned on the Claude Code, webinar was he was saying, like, he connected Sentry So the Sentry data data, connector. And so he connected Sentry and had, hey. Check my errors this week on Se…
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:45:23]
Oh, yep. Yeah. We got you. We got you, bo.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:45:26]
I switched to desktop. That's what I had to do.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:45:28]
Now we got more people on the stage than we have in the in the audience.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:45:32]
It's awesome. Okay. I'll stop streaming now. But, yeah, it's crazy. Right? What you can do. Oh, you you muted yourself again or yeah. Okay. Do you have a question or you wanna share something? I was just were answering my question.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:45:52]
Okay. Ulysses, you got 1? Or is audio Mike might not be might not be working.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:46:02]
I saw the mute flash.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:46:04]
Oh, cool. Life.
- S3
Speaker 3 [01:46:10]
Yeah. I've
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:46:12]
That is interesting.
- S3
Speaker 3 [01:46:14]
Overdue to be used MCPs for some of the other MCPs are crazy.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:46:19]
Like, mean, really, I'm starting to think, like, the feature of everything is definitely like, when people are saying the future of everything is AI and, like, you know, conversation interface and stuff, like, was like, yeah. Yeah. That's cool. But, like, everything's not gonna be conversation, whatever. But then once MCPs dropped, I was like, yeah. Yeah. No. We can't hear you, you, Lucy's. Sorry. Maybe I'm going to your Discord and check your, microphone setting, like, microphone it's using because that's what happens to me. It'll, like, like, it'll toggle on to my Quest Meta Quest or somethi…
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:47:03]
And usually, that that is the issue. Let me know if that works. But we, yeah, the the MCPs, like, I can actually literally have a conversation with, like, all the support messages that my client had us last month.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:47:22]
You know,
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:47:22]
I can have a conversation with my whole Notion database. Then Notion actually just launched a new feature in Notion right directly, which you can actually, like, make databases with a with a chat the MCP can actually update things. You can it's not just, like,
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:47:38]
I can create a new page or whatever, but I can update a page. So then
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:47:41]
I can literally say, like, hey. You know, I can literally say the clock. Like, hey. Check there's a task in my day in my database. Called XYZ. Can you market as complete? You know? That's that should work. Right? So then you don't even have to leave where you're at. And 1 of my friends was, like, big on this. He was building, like, a telegram bot that could communicate with his, you know, obsidian or, like, any kind of task manager. Could just, like, have a chat and say, hey. Can you kick back? Like, give me the next 5 tasks that are due or something. So you're in an interface you're used to. …
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:48:33]
So and then then I think the biggest power comes when you pull them all together.

Speaker 1 [01:48:37]
Like, like, I was like, you could saw see in the example, I'm asking my support conversations for the best for the recent feature request, then I'm actually cross referencing those feature requests with the Stripe API to see who's paid those feature requests should be prioritized. Then I'm gonna go, okay. Who's using the app the most? Like, maybe maybe the free users are actually using the features, using that more. Maybe their requests are actually important because they use it more than the paid users.
- S3
Speaker 3 [01:49:05]
I don't know.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:49:06]
Let me check the usage. So I went to Posthog and I said, like, who's using the app the most? Who's using this feature in the app the most? And then and then I'm talking to the code base, like, where on the app would I need to make these changes? Like like, it's kinda it's it's kinda wild, and the and the more you get connected to it, the more powerful it gets.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:49:23]
Right? So and then, like, you in all your knowledge, like, there's a book maybe there's a book you like on, like, you know, future prioritization.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:49:33]
You could literally say, like, using the Rice method, you know, you know, look at these features and suggest which 1 would be the most important based on the Rice method or something. So you don't even need to, like, really remember the theories or the concepts. As much as, like, Claude can do all that for you. Like, it can it can remember those context and then apply them to things I went into my, I went into 1 of my client setups other day, and I said, I don't know if you guys are familiar with the the the term jobs to be done. But in the, in the, like, product space, there's this idea that …
- S4
Speaker 4 [01:52:15]
Always appreciate your time.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:52:16]
Thanks. I I it's always good to have you here And, even though when I say I gotta go, I it's hard to leave because I really like the, like, the community we have here, and we're learning from each other, and we're growing. And to be honest, like, this is a huge win for me to get access to my AAMI MCP. Also, Ulysses and whoever else mentioned the speaker stuff that that that's ridiculous that I didn't know that that was working now. So because I had it before and it was amazing. And, I didn't know we brought it back. I don't know how I missed that, but I am excited to get that up and running ag…
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:53:02]
I'll test that out too. That sounds cool. Oh, before you go.
- S4
Speaker 4 [01:53:06]
Yeah. It wasn't x. It was Apple. I was trying to log in to. You were right about that the other week on the desk.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:53:14]
Okay. Okay. Should I try to download, like, updated version over time to see if they add that? Do you have the are you on Windows? Is that what it was?
- S4
Speaker 4 [01:53:22]
I'm
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:53:22]
I'm on Mac. You're on Mac? The the the Google and Apple login should be on the Mac desktop. I mean And Google.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:53:32]
Oh, yeah. Definitely download a new 1. Just like, kill it and reopen it. Do are you on the test flight or are you just on a regular
- S3
Speaker 3 [01:53:37]
1?
- S4
Speaker 4 [01:53:39]
Just just regular.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:53:40]
Yeah. Go I think go get the test flight version. Go to, go to pound.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:53:44]
I'm gonna put in the chat here beta. Beta testing.
- S3
Speaker 3 [01:53:49]
Go done that on the phones.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:53:50]
Yeah. So Pretty similar.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:53:52]
Yeah. Do the same thing. Go there on your desktop and install get get the test flight or or maybe if you just run test flight, I don't know if you have to give us your email address, but try going there and see if you can get test flight on the desktop because then you can get the latest version there for sure. Second version yeah. Just like Ulysses is saying, like, the first version didn't have Apple login. It does have Apple login now.
- S3
Speaker 3 [01:54:12]
Yeah.
- S4
Speaker 4 [01:54:14]
Thank you, guys.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:54:15]
Yeah.
- S3
Speaker 3 [01:54:15]
No problem.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:54:17]
Good question. Doesn't oh, it doesn't have to be test You can just download from the site. Okay. Cool. Yeah. 1 more question. Let me let's see.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:54:27]
I got you. The UI on app. Okay.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:54:41]
Voice UI feature. Okay. Uh-huh.
- S4
Speaker 4 [01:54:44]
The spans is killing me.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:54:45]
And, oh, it's great. 1 line at a time. I like it. That is commented out. In the code or in the, so you're looking at the code of the app? Okay. Yeah. Uh-huh. Oh, interesting.
- S3
Speaker 3 [01:55:10]
Uh-huh.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:55:14]
I love this 1 set 1 like 1. Words at a time. It's like a haiku that I just can't wait for the next line for. Is that finalizer needs work? Honestly, I don't know the answer to that question, but you are you in the dev channel by any chance?
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:55:31]
If not, are you from the dev channel? Maybe ask in there.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:55:35]
Because then will then we'll know better than I will about anything like that.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:55:39]
So ask ask, tag Fin or ask ask thin or ask motion or, about that.
- S3
Speaker 3 [01:55:47]
Totally different look.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:55:50]
Okay. It's in the it's in the you're saying it's in the App
- S3
Speaker 3 [01:55:52]
Store. Right?
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:55:53]
Yeah.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:55:58]
Oh, interesting. Okay. Oh, interesting. I mean, I don't know where that's at.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:56:05]
Like, it could be something a Rob is working on. It could be something that Finn is working on.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:56:10]
I'm not a hundred percent sure
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:56:13]
But if it's I don't even know if it's new or not.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:56:21]
Oh, what? I don't know what Nick is doing.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:56:26]
I can I just got tagged on, just got tagged on something in, Twitter by Nick? And I was like, what is this about? He want so if you guys wanna be ambassadors, basically, let me know. And we will we'll get you in. I think, like, anybody who comes to these weekly meetups, we need to we need to, get you as army ambassadors, you know. I think that's the think that's the deal. But he said, select ambassadors. You aren't scalable. Pick the top 2 passionate people and make him your ambassadors. Our first ambassador is me. Apparently. In a year, Ami's gonna have a thousand ambassadors Be 1 of the firs…
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:57:32]
So, but I didn't get a chance to get this posted.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:57:34]
I didn't know you had a form for it. So you you guys get the first chance here since you're here late. You know, Says and, Says, did you post I saw something earlier about day x Did you did you post the app now? I just realized that I skimmed over it when
- S3
Speaker 3 [01:57:48]
I was stressed out about trying to get cloud working.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:57:51]
Let me go find that link. Day Okay. If you want to test Day x app is live, on the browser and getting updated in Omni app AICP.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:57:59]
Okay. Cool. Cool. So next week next week, you're gonna come and demo it for us?
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:58:05]
That would be amazing. Okay. I see it here. Life organizer. Cool. Very cool.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:58:13]
Yeah. I can't wait to check this out. Come come next week, you get the app
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:58:21]
Okay. Oh, this is what you're talking about.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:58:24]
Where's the voice UI? You mean that big, the big chunky the big chunky is it the big chunky, voice, what's it called?
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:58:35]
Waveform or whatever thing? Oh, do you like that? Tell me if you like that design. I'm curious if you like that design. It's okay.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:58:45]
Yeah. So Arav, made this design live. And got tons of crap feedback about it. People were like, this sucks.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:58:56]
It's too big.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:58:57]
It's not even it doesn't even like it it's not even a real audio form. Like, people were really frustrated about it. And so he ended up turning it off, I think, is what happened. Yeah. It doesn't move right. Like, it's not a it's not a waveform. It's just animation. That's the thing. And that was my feedback too. Like, I don't want this big massive thing that's telling me something that's not true. So oh, it doesn't work on phone or tablet. Oh, really? Okay.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:59:26]
Okay. So you oh, that's good. I'll let Nick know because that's if it doesn't work on mobile. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. If you want, you know, book a time on Arav's calendar. I was saying earlier. I think that would be a good conversation for you to have there too with him.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:59:40]
About that. Maybe if you got feedback or you wanted to make it better, But, yeah, it needs to be in my opinion, it needs to be, like, legit.
- S0
Speaker 0 [01:59:46]
It actually needs to literally work. Right? Like, it needs to look like it works.
- S1
Speaker 1 [01:59:51]
I mean, it needs to work, not just look like it works. And, the other thing is, like, it it can't take up the whole screen Like, most of the time, need to see because it's not like, I'll be honest, like, because it's not reliable, I need to see words coming through to know that it's working.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:00:06]
Right?
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:00:07]
And and in his version, the words were kind of really dark and, like, kind of like, grayed out. Like, they were just kinda, like, low key. I was like, no. That doesn't work for me. Like, I need that to be visible because that's the only way I know Ami is working for sure.
- S3
Speaker 3 [02:00:19]
Like,
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:00:20]
I can't just, like, trust that this wave this big animation is going and suddenly, like, my transcriptions are working. I need to see the transcriptions are actually there and actually working. I wanna show you guys something top secret, or, like, not top secret, but something nobody else is seeing.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:00:38]
I I also I'm gonna pull oh, I don't know how to do this. I don't know to do this without a okay. I'm gonna screen share because I don't want to nobody screenshot this because I'm not really nobody told me I could share this, but yeah. I can't you can't get in the way needs to be I think it needs to be collapsible or maybe, like, you can choose how big it should be or shouldn't be.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:01:02]
Okay. So this is just between us.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:01:05]
Don't don't show anybody, but look at this. What do you guys think of this? Right? Like, I, I also don't like this, but, I I'm curious what you guys think of it. Can you see this?
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:01:17]
Like, I don't know.
- S3
Speaker 3 [02:01:18]
Like, there's something something I kind of like from the idea.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:01:22]
Don't look at the like, you guys just saw something I forgot was in here.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:01:25]
The subscription kind of concept, anyways. So don't show us to anybody. That's just between us.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:01:32]
But, yeah, the thing I was trying to show you was not that. It was the you know, that thing at the top with the the transcription that's, like, turning things voice into these notes. I I wasn't really a big fan of it personally, but I mean, I got I got the idea of where he was trying to go with it, but, you know, cool. Oh, you saw it in the code.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:01:55]
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So this is the thing I keep telling them. Right? Like, there the if you guys are building stuff, that people like, can see in the code, somebody's gonna get somebody's gonna see it, and they're gonna be like, hey.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:02:12]
Are you guys shipping subscriptions or whatever? And so that's why I'm, like, communicate about it. Like, hey. We're working on subscriptions. We got, you know, give some feedback to people. Like, ask people for feedback on or whatever. But, like, the idea for a voice going into data is kinda cool. But it seems a to me, it seems a little gimmicky, and it doesn't match our color scheme. Like, red, you know, red text or red, audio going into, like, these little boxes of paper. Like, I don't know. But the idea, like, I think you definitely need some yes. SAES is the 1 building life organizer thin…
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:02:43]
Yeah. Yeah.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:02:47]
Don't store in code uncommonted. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:02:50]
It's so easy to see, especially if it's not final. Agreed.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:02:53]
I agree. I'm gonna mention it to them.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:02:55]
So because but I think that's the thing. Right? Like like, if we were communicating about it, then it wouldn't be so weird to see it in there.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:03:02]
A lot of people aren't gonna care because, like, you know, you it's not sustainable for us to just do transcription for free forever. And I've always kind of prepped people with that. Like, yeah. There's gonna probably be a pro version at some point, but there's gonna be a free tier. I mean, you look at ChatGPT, no different Like, you got a free tier, and if it's useful enough, you pay for it. Right? But the the the key part is if you got if we don't communicate and talk with the community, we don't know what we don't know what people are going to like, what we don't know what level of informa…
- S3
Speaker 3 [02:03:51]
Right?
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:03:52]
But then so my comment to the team was, like, well, we need to get 1, it has to be very reliable because as soon as you're paying for it, you're gonna have different expectations.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:04:01]
And then 2, the, like, some of the features, like the pause button example. I don't know if you guys saw that, the mute, the sort of pause button functionality. That launched. And part of that was me and and Saman pushing a little bit on that because like, I want I want if I if my transcription is gonna cost me or or I'm gonna run out of a transcription, wanna be able to quickly, like, turn it off when I don't need it and turn it back on when I when I want to. And, also, it's a battery issue, like the pause button is actually better than disconnecting Ami because sometimes the phone's gonna ke…
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:05:12]
Yeah.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:05:13]
Who would ever talk crap and disc her? Yeah.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:05:15]
Nobody. Nobody talks in crap and disc her.
- S4
Speaker 4 [02:05:20]
I want to see that tweet you mentioned, and then I saw him and 1 of the rabbit guys responding. Oh, yeah. That's funny. I know Jesse said he was ordering an omi a long time ago, but then Nick said, hopefully, Jesse answered my DMs eventually.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:05:36]
That's funny. There there's some interesting conversations there. Okay. And what are you saying? I want Aomi to allow multiple apps to be open at a time. You
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:05:45]
I also want that too. I also want that too.
- S4
Speaker 4 [02:05:51]
Yeah. So You said you could go through your, transcript for the day. Is that in the regular Or with the you were doing it? Transcript for the for the day?
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:06:02]
I mean, you can also chat you can also chat with, Ami in the chat on Ami. But, I think Claude is you know, Claude has a more robust functionality if you wanna ask it questions about your day or whatever. But I think, like, it would be nice it would be nice to have multiple apps, like, to be able to run multiple apps on a specific kind of conversation, like, based on the category or something, And then maybe if I run if 1 app runs automatically, if I switch and run a different app, I'd like to keep the we talked about this before on on here, but like, I'd like to keep the content for the first …
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:07:31]
Yeah. So, yeah, that's another another thing that I need to to do. Cool. I think that I'm gonna jump now, but it's so tempting to stay here and hang out all day. Is this that you sent? Oh, this is the
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:07:49]
I built the largest AI wearable community with 7777 people. That's a nice number. I like it. Is that how many people we have here right now, or is it just embellish embellish? Is it the is it exactly that number?
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:08:05]
It was. Oh, that's cool. Nice. Where are we at now? I'm trying to see. What did they say?
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:08:12]
07771. We we dropped we dropped 1 down or dropped some down. Would be nice to have clarity on that stuff or or or people just don't want to develop and waste time.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:08:25]
Just my thoughts. Any advice on that, Nathan? Okay. So what was it you clarity on? 1 sec. Let me go up. The the same thing you were talking about or or what part?
- S3
Speaker 3 [02:08:34]
Sorry.
- S4
Speaker 4 [02:08:37]
The commenting Or the or the or the multiple apps.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:08:40]
That what you're saying? Something something different. Let me know you. This is I'm curious what you're talking about.
- S4
Speaker 4 [02:08:45]
A feature we could
- S3
Speaker 3 [02:08:46]
Oh, yeah.
- S4
Speaker 4 [02:08:47]
That you mentioned?
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:08:49]
Say it again. Oh, feature up to yeah.
- S4
Speaker 4 [02:08:53]
Is that 1 we can upload that's already in there? Oh, yeah.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:08:55]
Yeah. Yeah. The multiple apps, I think.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:08:58]
I think it's already in there. Oh, you submitted an issue for the mute.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:09:01]
And and worked on. Oh, you worked on it? And it didn't get it didn't get approved or something? I'm sorry. That's frustrating.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:09:21]
Yeah. Let me talk to Arav about that because that's kind of annoying. Was it was it a bounty?
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:09:31]
Is this a is this a bounty, that you were going after? Okay. Okay. Cool. Thanks. I'm gonna I'll look into that. That's not cool at all. Yeah. We I don't want I'm I'm trying to tell them, like, we need the we need more, attention to these issues, like, when somebody's actually trying to work on it, sometimes you get stalled because nobody replies or somebody replies but or somebody closes it. Okay. So here's you working on it in May. Back in May. And you use it reviewed and then awesome work. So Neil said awesome work. And then oh, this is June June second. So superseded by clean implementation…
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:10:22]
This new PR has a same microphone mute feature, but built on the latest Omni code base.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:10:27]
Okay? Add microphone mute toggle with timed option. Oh, that sounds interesting.
- S3
Speaker 3 [02:10:35]
That's that's yeah. That's annoying.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:10:43]
Oh, that's kind of interesting. The the idea of adding it to the Android bar too. We're not planning to do this right now. We'll let you know once this ticket is on schedule, of course, And then it got released, but without using your code. Fuck. That's annoying.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:11:02]
I'm sorry. Yeah. I'm really sorry about that. Yeah. But you know what, though? Let me let me let me talk to somebody about this because I'm gonna see if I can get you that bounty anyways because you worked on it. And it's not your fault that we didn't use the stuff you're working on.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:11:27]
And, I don't how much was the bounty again? For that 1? Does it say what how much the bounty what? Do you remember how much because I don't know if I see a a bounty amount here.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:11:44]
Just 200. Okay. Cool. Let me see what I can do. Look me see what I can do about that. Let me see if I can help. But yeah. So what I think is what I think here is that I might have to take over this part of it. Like, I might have to take over this part is, like, if somebody from the is working on something on a bounty, then I I might need to be the person to in touch with.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:12:06]
And then I can push the team to make sure that they're getting back to you on stuff because like, a lot of times people get annoyed because things get closed without like, either they get feedback and they get stalled, they don't get enough feedback, or they get or they just gets closed without any understanding.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:12:23]
Like, he said like, I don't understand why Finn is saying, hi, folks. We're not planning on to do this right now. And just closing it when you've already been working on it.
- S3
Speaker 3 [02:12:31]
Like, what's the point? Right? Like, is he is he closing the whole thing or is he just closing the idea of the Android? Like, why did he close something you're already you're actually already working on? Did it actually work? Right? Like, your functionality was already working?
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:12:53]
Yeah. It was already working. So you you had it only built for iOS. Right? But it was working. You submitted a demo video up in this thread somewhere?
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:13:05]
Okay. What was the what was the timed option?
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:13:14]
I'm curious about that 1 too. So you could, like, mute it and have it come and and have it come off me after a certain amount of time.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:13:25]
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Nice. Okay. Cool. You know what? I'm gonna I'm gonna get on some people's cases about this because this is annoying.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:13:32]
Not not just for you, but for, you know like, for me, it's super annoying to think that, like, you're working at this and nobody's getting back to you.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:13:38]
And then like, we wanted this feature for a long time.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:13:42]
Solomon put it in. And I don't even know if the Solomon noticed that you actually finished it, and he's been waiting on this.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:13:49]
He would have pushed them to get it done too.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:13:51]
So, if you try to if you if you're gonna take on any other bounty, let me know, and I'll and I'll work on it. Like, I'll work on making sure that things work out. I don't I also don't wanna pause or mute button that doesn't have this timer functionality. Like, maybe what I can do is I can talk to Arav and say, like, hey, you guys built out the feature that this this person in the community already built. And then ask them to and and then say, like, but it doesn't have the time feature that we want. You know? I want I don't know if you can implement the time feature that you have into the 1 tha…
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:14:35]
Yeah. I agree. That's a great feature too. So it'd be compatible across both. Right?
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:14:42]
Flutter works on all. Yeah. So so then your feature, like, can you send me the video for that? Like, you said you had a video for it. Right? At the top, can see the video. Okay.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:14:51]
Cool. Let me go check that out. Top, you can see the video. Top, you can see the video. Okay. This is it here. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Okay. Cool. Let me see. This pisses me off, actually. I just realized I'm transcribing everything I said, but, oh, well. Okay. So it's recording. Alright. I'm seeing your thing now. And then where's the pause? Alright. So you click on okay. Hold it down, mute it, and definitely Or, so it stops transcribing. Okay? Yeah. The other thing we could we could be helpful with is, like, giving you some UI to work with probably.

Speaker 1 [02:15:40]
Right? Like, like, how do we want this to look? Right? Like, what like, giving a better project where you've not just, like, making a mute feature. But, yeah, I like the idea of a time to mute Like, I really like that idea.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:15:55]
I used to do this all the time with, like, a time shush kind of thing where I shush it for an hour, like, on the ring ringtone or something. Works on us mute, but like, 0 feedback. Oh, that's so fucking annoying. Okay. I'm sorry. I'm I don't know what, like,
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:16:15]
I don't know what the money situation is on this right now. But I will try to work on something to see if we can get you you know, something credit for the work that you were doing on that when they went and a different direction, because you were working on it. I mean, we can't lock things in for someone unless they submit a PR and it gets approved. That was the idea. But you were working on stuff and you submitted it, they gave you feedback, made changes. Like, that seems like that seems no. I mean, it's okay. I hear you say you don't mind no biggie, but it does suck. Right? Like, this is th…
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:16:57]
I don't like it. So I apologize.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:17:02]
Yeah. It's difficult. You know? It's difficult. You're not the only 1 that feels that way. Like, there's a lot of there's a lot of frustration Yeah. Neo Neo is Neo was doing the same thing I know because I remember
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:17:12]
I remember him pushing on that. He was pushing on a bunch of things.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:17:16]
He's trying to get his apps re added. Nick is like, oh, yeah. I'm gonna add the apps back and then and then, know, it's a kinda crickets on on some of the decisions because it gets zoomed down on something else.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:17:26]
So that's the problem.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:17:27]
I mean, prioritizing thing is hard. It's it's difficult to prioritize and with limited developer on the team, like, it's hard to deal with that.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:17:34]
But you're working on his apps now. Okay. Cool. Nice. That that would be amazing. Yeah. I think the the Jarvis app, a lot of people are gonna like that back up and running again.
- S3
Speaker 3 [02:17:45]
So and the Brain 1 is is really cool as well.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:17:50]
Yeah. They I'm sure they do. Hey, Claudia. Welcome back. Yeah. We're still here, like, 2 2 and a half hours later. So new code broke them.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:18:03]
Yeah. Yeah. I mean, that's kinda hard. Everything's things get broken when things change and, like, people gotta maintain stuff. I mean, we need to I think we need to maintain stuff better so that people can you can't just change stuff without at least letting developers know so that they can fix stuff.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:18:18]
You have some ideas, do you?
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:18:24]
Cool. That sounds good. Yeah. If that makes sense to keep them all in 1. I think maybe just like 1 1 nice something's making noise back here. Cool. I look forward to seeing that. I was also telling the, team, like, I wish that the memory's functionality was different too. Voice on Omi, You're asking about it? You're asking me.
- S3
Speaker 3 [02:18:51]
Right?
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:18:55]
Oh, push the talk. I see what you're saying now. Yeah. I don't know. Like, the the new device doesn't have a speaker. Right? I don't think yeah. So, like, the the idea would be the phone.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:19:06]
I think most people my opinion, the phone is probably the thing that should speak back, but, like, now because we don't have a speaker on the new new device.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:19:17]
But there's no reason why the phone couldn't speak back. Right?
- S3
Speaker 3 [02:19:20]
Like if the phone responds and has a voice to text or text to voice or whatever, that would be good.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:19:27]
I don't know. Like, that's a good question. I don't think there's but let me give me a second here. Let me send you something with the hardware. Honestly, I wish there was. If there is, that would be amazing news, but I believe there's not The on the on the dev kit too, there is for sure. 100 percent. 1 second here.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:19:54]
We should go on PolyMarket and and bet on when I'm gonna get off this call.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:19:57]
I'm just joking. Come on. Oh, I'm working. Exactly. Hard work. Well, the interesting is my wife is not here tonight, so that's why, like normally, I'm, like, I'm pushing to get off because she's, like, waiting to watch a show or eat together or do something. But she's not here tonight. So now I got no guardrails. I just I can just stay here all night if I wanted to. But I do have some stuff I wanna get done. Like, I wanna I wanna finish vibe coding.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:20:38]
I'm I'm finishing a couple features on the extension.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:20:41]
I got a couple bugs that I wanna fix so I can ship them. But yeah.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:20:45]
Yeah. I'm always running off.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:20:46]
Yeah. I can try. I try. I try.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:20:50]
The problem is is, like, Friday night is probably not the greatest night to do this because of for her because it would be nice to just hang out together. But for me, like like, I've already got stuff on multiple other nights and so this seemed like a good night for me to do it originally. But then, you know, foresight, I didn't realize, like, I would be wanna stay on for 2 hours and totally miss hanging out. So
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:21:14]
I don't know why I can't find this thing. Oh, wait. Maybe that's because I'm not in the downloads folder. 1 sec. Okay. I think maybe it's in here. The spec sheet that I got from, salmon should have it in it, but some reason, I can't find oh, there we go. There we go. So this is what's inside the Omni device. But while I can't get be upset, she loves Ami device. That's awesome. I'm so happy about that. We need to get a little story about the 2 of you and how you use it. Like, if you wanna write a little case study or something, that would be amazing. I would love that. We'd be happy to share it…
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:22:28]
It's encrypted now. That's right. The I do, coaching for people with ADHD and focus challenges and 1 of my old coaching clients was a PA and, like, a huge percentage of the guilt like, guilty feeling all the time was just, like, not being able to keep up with notes all the time. And they had, like, a visual processing issue, and so it was very difficult to oh, yeah.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:22:52]
That's that makes a lot of sense. Yeah. Totally get rid of the, identifiers. That makes sense too.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:22:57]
Yeah. So, like, in Claude, that's what I did. I was just like, don't give me the email addresses. So that it didn't it didn't show up in the in the data there.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:23:04]
It was kind of interesting. But it would be kinda cool if we could prompt it too, like like that. But that's amazing. I'm I'm I'm so excited to hear that. That sounds great.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:23:12]
I mean, if you would be down if you're open to writing, like, some sort of case study about your your her experience and your experience together and that sounds like an amazing, like, fun thing to share. With the community. If you're open to it, let me know.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:23:28]
Claudia, what are your ideas? I gotta I gotta I gotta run, but I'm curious to hear your ideas now.
- S3
Speaker 3 [02:23:40]
What?
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:23:41]
That's amazing. So you got so you have more than 1 so you have more than 1 person using this in the medical space, you're saying?
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:23:49]
What? That's awesome.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:23:52]
That that's dev kit too?
- S3
Speaker 3 [02:23:56]
So what so is this a new business idea you're gonna do? Launch you're gonna launch this to, you're gonna you're gonna launch this, this this new, like, dermatologist tool or something? Doctor doctor Ami?
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:24:15]
Okay. You're up here, Claudia. I don't know if your mic's working, but Hi. There we go.
- S3
Speaker 3 [02:24:21]
I got you. Again. Back.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:24:24]
Your back. What kind of ideas do you have?
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:24:28]
This this is great.
- S3
Speaker 3 [02:24:29]
My husband.
- S5
Speaker 5 [02:24:31]
My partner, and I started using And I don't know. It's it's happened.
- S3
Speaker 3 [02:24:36]
Oh, yeah.
- S5
Speaker 5 [02:24:37]
We like if don't know if, like, my partner use this II1 device and I have another 1. Yep.
- S3
Speaker 3 [02:24:48]
And we can see together, like, our tests
- S5
Speaker 5 [02:24:53]
So I need to do it. Yeah. You you need to do
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:24:57]
Well, so you could you could do this I mean, you could do this yourself.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:25:02]
Using, like, something like N8N, but but, you know, N8N, could you could send it up so that both of your both of your transcripts are feeding into N8N. Process the task and, like, split them up into each each individual person's task list or something. But, but, yeah, I totally think I was I was having this conversation the other day at my co working, meetup because I was like, if if 2 or 3 of us had on me, and we were all getting transcripts of the same ex of of the room, then I wonder what that would look like to have, like, different transcripts from different conversations happening in the…
- S3
Speaker 3 [02:26:31]
Yep. Yes. So Yeah. So
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:26:34]
I've Okay. So you I have 1. Ulysses has 2 Omni MCP set up into into Claude. 1 for 1 for them, 1 for their partner, And so then the 2 the 2 feeds are in the coming into the Cloud desktop app. And then they can ask questions about each of the of the accounts. So you could basically say, like, aggregate the aggregate the tasks from my for our 2 Omni MCPs into a into a task list for us and that would be kind of interesting. And Claude could also write, oh, also write into the device to create memories. Oh, shit. I didn't know that.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:27:09]
The MCP is This is nice. It's 2 ways. So then you could essentially say to Claude, move the task over.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:27:15]
So now you just need some automation. Right? Like, some sort of automation setup where it's like, hey. Move all the move move all the tasks for Claudia over and assign them to Claudia. But we also do need, a way to, like, assign the task to someone, like, don't want like, sometimes the task show up and it's a task for, like, someone in the conversation, but it's not a task for me. And, like, it would be kinda cool to say, like, Claudia's task is this, Nathan's task is that or whatever.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:27:41]
This is interesting. So Ulysses, I hope you sign up for that ambassador program because you're like you're teaching me a bunch of stuff about stuff about about Ami today.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:27:54]
Yeah. The idea is crazy.
- S3
Speaker 3 [02:27:56]
Right?
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:27:57]
MAF, like This is a red and orange.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:28:00]
Yeah. We've already been we've already using it. Like so so earlier, I'll show you since I was, already doing this earlier with with, everybody's teaching me how to get the Omni MCP set up because I I didn't have it set up yet. I used it before, but not, in this context. So okay. So here's oh, wait. That's not it. Here it is. So here's, a chat that I had with the Aomi MCP. Okay. So this is the Omni MCP conversation I had, and I said, who are some people that I talked to last week? So it it went and got my conversations. And I said, you talked to the a group team conversations about this, perso…
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:28:40]
And I said, but can we get some names? And then it went and looked again and then it came back.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:28:45]
Okay. Here from the community meetup, here's a bunch of names. You know? So there's Claudia. Right? There's Arav. Is here who is here for the meetup last week, and Neo And so and then it and then I said, okay. Pull my well, this was, I think, you Ulysses' idea. Pull my action items from this week and add them to a new Notion document.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:29:03]
So I I did this.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:29:05]
And because I have the Notion MCB connected, it actually created a page with all those items in Notion. And then I said, actually, can you put links to the conversations? But it couldn't do that. It can only put, like, internal links. So then, I went to the note I went to the feature request board, and I requested that it could could create, shared links so that we could do that. And then I and then I came back here and said, you know, I asked it if it could do it and said it couldn't. So but, yeah, like so I can essentially say, like, you know, what did Like, what, did or or, you know, give m…
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:29:45]
Man, my keyboard is I don't know why my computer is going so slow. I got 24 gigs of memory, and it's not not typing very fast right now. Give me a highlight from the Ami community meetup. Okay. Let's let's let's do that. This is like this will probably be from last week because this one's not labeled yet as the meetup. Why is it typing so slow? Okay. There we go.
- S5
Speaker 5 [02:30:10]
What I did in my first using is ask for me, like, how can I use you?
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:30:17]
Yeah. That's a good that's a good 1.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:30:21]
When Claude, like, when on ChatGPT updated last are you seeing you're probably not seeing my ChatGPT window. Right? You're just seeing my main, my cloud window. I think I only shared the cloud window.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:30:35]
Let me see if I can no. I guess I I'm trying to see which thing I'm sharing. It says currently sharing Ami, Is that true? No. Oh, that might be the recording thing. 1 second.
- S3
Speaker 3 [02:30:49]
Discord. Okay.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:30:52]
Yeah. It's only showing Claude. Okay. So let me go to entire share entire screen. Okay. So Ami still I mean, Claude's still working on that, but when I went to, ChatGPT, for the first time after it moved to 5, I said,
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:31:09]
I asked I asked ChatGPT. I said, I'm gonna go to the top. I said, what do you what do you know about me now that you didn't know about me before you upgraded? So when when 5 came out, I was curious, like, does it know anything more about me or different And it actually went through and told me a bunch of stuff it knows about me. And says, if you want, I can also tell you new patterns I've noticed and how you ask questions. And so then I said, okay. Let's go. And it told me about how I ask questions And then, and then I was and then it said something else, do you want me me to I can also break …
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:31:53]
Okay. So here, it said give me a highlight of the Ami community meetup. So here, actually, it's a pretty big highlight.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:31:58]
I was thinking it would just give me, like, 1 thing.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:32:01]
But, yeah, community building, Robin or
- S3
Speaker 3 [02:32:02]
Raf, actively encourage users to schedule feedback sessions via Calendly.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:32:08]
This is from last week, showing Teams commitment to direct user engagement. The emphasis on building in public and UGC collaboration, or UGC generated content, yeah, that's cool. So I didn't even need to go find the memory. I could just be like, what wasn't we talked about on the meetup last week? And then here I here I have it.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:32:25]
Right? So it's a it's pretty it's pretty amazing. Like, it's a it's a game changer. If you get used to Claude, you wanna get Claude connected to everything.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:32:33]
You know? It's like, I I quickly jumped up to the max plan because I was using it for so many things. And I'm using it for coding, and I'm also using it for for, the data connectors. So you can you can connect it to things like like, I do a lot of work with Intercom Consulting, So I connect people's, like, whole help center or whole, support, channel, all the conversation coming to the support team, I can chat with that and ask questions about it. Know, I've got Notion here. I can ask Stripe. And I think you aren't here, but I was showing them that, like, III asked my conversation I asked all …
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:33:54]
I could just I could just spend all day there on that.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:33:56]
Windsurf allows you to use GPT free for a week, It's insanely good. Oh, cool.
- S3
Speaker 3 [02:34:00]
Nice.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:34:02]
Nathan, test it in artifacts. 5 is insane with agent dev mode. Yeah. That's cool. How are there only a handful of people here? It makes no sense. Just nuggets of gold. I appreciate it. That's nice. That's kind words. I appreciate that.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:34:17]
Mean, honestly, that people don't know what we talk about. They think, oh, why go to an community meet up? Like, I don't need to talk about Ami, but they don't realize, like, there's just so much good stuff here.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:34:26]
Even though we push post the transcripts, I think a lot of people don't really pay attention. So hopefully, we have a good transcript today. I can't get it to open in front of any of this other stuff right now. I hope it's still going back there somewhere. Let's see. I don't know where it is. It's like it's like back here somewhere under all this stuff just trying to work, I guess. I hope it didn't crash or something. Let's see. For some oh 0, it's not it's not behind stuff. It's right here. Why doesn't it reopen? Okay. There we go. I don't know why I can't just click icon and reopen it.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:34:58]
I gotta give that feedback. Yeah. Here we go. We got a we got a transcript.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:35:02]
400 oh, no.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:35:03]
That gets broken up into a few different things because that's older.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:35:07]
I think, unless it unless it's disappearing in there. 410 segments.
- S3
Speaker 3 [02:35:10]
So let's go to com let's go back to conversations.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:35:15]
Yeah. I guess it is still working, so this is, like, a long 1, but you can only see so far up in the transcript. So it's gonna be it's gonna be an interesting 1.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:35:24]
I stopped sharing my screen. I'm trying to show you guys my screen, but I'm not sharing it anymore. It creates an app with your Omni Memories. Test your own MCP with artifacts. Yeah. I'm gonna do that. Oh, yeah. That's right. Because you can make, like, a full m you could make a full, like, HTML app or, like, an app of any kind. And if you can connect the MCP to, like, Claude, clawed code, you could probably just build the whole thing.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:35:49]
You know? That's pretty cool.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:35:51]
Yeah. And imagine, like, Says, with all your data if somebody puts all their data in there and you've built certain features, you could then you they could go in there and connect the Omni MCP and then talk to all these the history with your app as well. Right?
- S3
Speaker 3 [02:36:08]
Yeah. Oh, copy and paste the same prompt you gave in artifacts right now.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:36:12]
It makes an app. And gives you code. Okay. Interesting. Yeah. Okay. I'll try that. I think I'm gonna wrap up now because I'm about to pass out on the floor. I'm tired down. It's like it's a 10:00 at night, and that I'm usually tired at 10:00 at night, but I've had a long day. Started started out with a workout to the immigration office, or started out with a workout for 2 hours, went hosted 2 hour VR meetup that I host every Friday. And then, went to immigration, went to my, therapist's deployment, come back home, know, eat some food, and go on on this meeting for 3 hours. Now I'm gonna get so…
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:36:54]
I I'm I'm so glad.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:36:55]
I mean, guys are what makes it awesome. I'm I'm I'm hope that I contribute to that too, but I mean, if you guys weren't here, I'd be talking to myself, and that wouldn't be awesome.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:37:05]
So but, yeah, this is this is amazing. Like, I've learned a bunch of stuff tonight usually I'm the 1 teaching everybody stuff. So I I'm glad that I'm the 1 getting to learn some stuff today. Yeah. Thanks again, Crow. Thanks, Ulysses, Says, and
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:37:16]
All of you, actually, if you haven't already, post this link.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:37:19]
I don't think you were here earlier, Claudia, when I posted this either, but,
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:37:23]
Nick is asking for people to join I'm the first ambassador in his mind. I'm the first ambassador of Ami. And I'm looking for more ambassadors. So we wanna have, like, a thousand ambassadors by this time next year. So if you can join the ambassador, program, that would be amazing.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:37:39]
See what see what's up there.
- S3
Speaker 3 [02:37:40]
I'm on.
- S5
Speaker 5 [02:37:40]
I like this idea.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:37:42]
Yeah.
- S5
Speaker 5 [02:37:42]
Cool. I won't.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:37:43]
Awesome. Go for it.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:37:45]
Sign sign up. I don't know what's involved yet, but fill out the form and let me know. What happens. If you get stuck, again, like, Ulysses you're trying to go after any, bounties, let me know. If you guys get stuck with anything Omni related, you you know you can DM me, can reach out to me, let's see if we can keep this community moving forward and the product moving forward. Good things are coming. I think, like, all of you have helped put stuff on the feature request board. And, 1, that's, I mean, really good for the product to move it forward. Very good for me because, like, my goal is to …
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:39:03]
Yep. 06:00. Yeah.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:39:06]
Sharing main features.
- S3
Speaker 3 [02:39:07]
And now now I I am working with Yellow Bubble.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:39:14]
Yeah. Yeah.
- S3
Speaker 3 [02:39:14]
Yeah. Bubble. Mhmm. Mhmm.
- S5
Speaker 5 [02:39:16]
Yeah. So now I run meetups in Sydney.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:39:20]
Oh, cool. To Brussels?
- S5
Speaker 5 [02:39:22]
Nice.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:39:22]
That's really nice. That's awesome.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:39:24]
I love it.
- S5
Speaker 5 [02:39:25]
Yeah. Maybe in the future.
- S0
Speaker 0 [02:39:26]
Yeah. We gotta run we gotta run some more.
- S1
Speaker 1 [02:39:29]
Aomi community meetups. Maybe we have to pick another time and try to run some stuff too.
